Near-Infrared Therapy
Super Lizer
Self-pay treatment | Near-infrared stellate ganglion irradiation, autonomic nerve care
Super Lizer is a medical device that delivers near-infrared light (wavelength 600-1600nm) deep into the body. By irradiating the stellate ganglion at the base of the neck, it suppresses overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system, and is said to provide an effect similar to a stellate ganglion block injection without the injection.

With no pain or fear of needles and a short treatment time, it's an easy treatment to attend regularly for a wide range of concerns including autonomic imbalance, coldness, stiff shoulders, menopausal symptoms, and insomnia.

How Super Lizer Works
Near-Infrared Stellate Ganglion Irradiation

The stellate ganglion is a sympathetic nerve ganglion located at the base of the neck (near the cervicothoracic junction), governing the sympathetic nerves across a wide area including the head, face, upper limbs, and chest. Irradiating this area with near-infrared light eases sympathetic nerve tension, and can be expected to improve blood flow, balance hormones, and reset the autonomic nervous system as a whole.

Traditionally, treatment of the stellate ganglion has mainly involved an injection of local anesthetic (stellate ganglion block), but Super Lizer is used across a wide range of specialties — pain clinics, gynecology, internal medicine, and more — as a treatment that aims to achieve a similar effect non-invasively from the surface of the skin.

✓
Autonomic nerve regulation: Suppresses overactive sympathetic nerves and restores balance with the parasympathetic nervous system. Suited to those experiencing chronic stress or tension.
✓
Improved blood flow & coldness: Easing sympathetic nerve tension dilates blood vessels and improves peripheral circulation. Effective for cold hands and feet, and poor circulation in the shoulders and neck.
✓
Hormone balance regulation: Through indirect effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary system, it is expected to help stabilize hormone balance, which is prone to disruption during menopause.
✓
Pain reduction: By promoting blood flow and easing muscle tension around the irradiated area, it can be expected to improve chronic pain such as stiff shoulders, neck pain, and headaches.
✓
Immune function support: With improved autonomic balance, normalization of immune function and improvements in fatigue tendency and insomnia have been reported.
Recommended For Autonomic imbalance Stiff shoulders & neck pain Cold hands & feet Menopausal hot flashes & sweating Insomnia & poor sleep quality Chronic fatigue & malaise Headaches & dizziness Those who dislike injections Those with high stress levels

🌿 Consultation Process

On your first visit, we will ask about your symptoms and concerns and confirm whether Super Lizer is appropriate. The treatment simply involves placing the device at the base of the neck (over the stellate ganglion area) and irradiating near-infrared light. There is no pain, and most patients feel a gentle warmth.

You can go home right after the treatment. Generally, continuing treatment once or twice a week makes the effects easier to notice. It can also be combined with other self-pay treatments (such as placenta injections or IV drips), so please feel free to ask.

Please feel free to consult us about chronic concerns such as autonomic imbalance, coldness, or menopausal symptoms.
